Weekly every Friday morning 9-11:30 am , breakfast, socializing with other parents, resources available, transportation included if nessacary
Infant Development Outreach program
Weekly in –home visit with trained staff, resources and information assessments on development, Toy lending library available - - ( link ot open Toy Lending library inventory with pictures )
Books for Bedtime
Annual four week program ( meet once weekly), dinner provided, child minding onsite, maximum of 10 families per program. All families receive books, school supplies, crafts to take home . Program provides time to read together , discover new First Nations Authors etc.

Pre/Post Natal Program
Once monthly Group meeting – lunch provided, transportation available , nutritional information, LPN on site along with Nutritionist /development, Gestational diabetes information.
Weekly Home Visit program – by appointment , vast library of information and coordinators will provide package custom to your needs.
“Welcome Home Baby and Mom” program , coordinators will visit with gifts, information and support to our newest community members.
One-to-One Nurtition counseling , exercise program
Monthly Prenatal Food cards – contact coordinators for sign up
Dulla Services – By request only

Equipment inventory – Parents can sign out equipment , return after not needed any more e.g. car seats, strollers, nebulizers, etc. ( can be link to photo of supplies)
Healthy Harvest box Program
Free boxes for all Prenatal clients
$5 cost for parents with children 1-6years
$15 for all other community members
